Flagship Content Framework

Use this before you record. Every flagship piece follows this structure. It keeps you on-voice, on-message, and on-time.

Topic Selection (in order of priority)

Business priority: What are you selling this month?
Topic bank: Reality Naming, Reframes, Early Relief, Authority, Calm Money, Freedom, Leadership, Long Game
Audience heat: What questions are contractors asking this week? (DMs, comments, discovery calls)
Seasonal fit: Q1 = New Year Reset, Q2 = Spring Growth, Q3 = Cash Crunch, Q4 = Year-End Planning

Structure: Hook → Story → Truth → Framework → Proof → CTA

1Hook (first 10 seconds / first paragraph)

Goal: Stop the scroll. Pattern interrupt.

Formula: Bold claim OR surprising stat OR recognizable pain point.

Example: "Most contractors stop making profit at $1M revenue -- and no one talks about why."

2Story (20% of content)

Goal: Make it real. Show, don't tell.

Formula: Situation (recognizable moment) > Turning point > Outcome.

Keep it: Specific (numbers, names), honest (share the struggle), short (90 sec max in video).

3Structural Truth (20% of content)

Goal: Explain WHY this happens. The deeper reason.

Formula: "The problem isn't what they think. It's actually..."

Example: "You think profit is revenue minus expense. But profit is actually a decision -- a choice to build structure before you need it."

4Framework / Solution (60% of content)

Goal: Give them something to DO. Simple, actionable, ownable.

Formula: Numbered steps OR pillars OR questions to ask themselves.

Keep it: Specific enough to act on, simple enough to remember, tied to your pillars.

5Application / Proof

Goal: Show it works. Real example.

Formula: Before > What changed > After (time, money, or clarity metric).

6CTA

Goal: One clear next step. Not salesy -- just clear.

Formula: "If this landed, [do this]."

Examples: "Sign up for the free StickyOS Webinar." / "That's why we built the Ascension Cohort." / "Reply: what's your biggest profit leak?"

Recording Checklist

Before you hit record, confirm you have all of this.

Hook written out. You can ad-lib the rest, but the hook needs to land.

Story + specific example locked in. Names, numbers, details.

Framework mapped out. 3-5 steps or pillars you'll explain.

CTA decided. Free? Paid? Engagement question?

Visual aids prepped. B-roll, slides, screen shares -- if needed.

Audio and lighting checked. Phone on silent, good lighting, clear audio.

Messaging pillar confirmed. Does this fit one of your six pillars?

Quality Gates

Before publishing, run through these checks.

Voice Check

Is this in plain English? (No "leverage," "ecosystem," "transform.")
Would I say this to a contractor on a Zoom call? If not, reword it.
Am I claiming something bold or helping them see something new?

Structure Check

Does the hook stop scrolling? Read it aloud -- does it hit?
Is there a real story, not just generic advice?
Can they actually DO the framework, or is it too vague?
Does the CTA match their journey stage?

Pillar Check

Does this tie to one of your six messaging pillars?
Does it feel fresh, not repetitive?
Is it about THEIR problem, not your program?
